I didn’t want to quit, not at this time, But, don’t cross the line, not on my dime! My mind will not change, once I have locked it, And you’ll definitely feel it, straight in your pocket! I’m relinquishing a lot, that’s what I’m doing, It’s a great sacrifice although it’s not showing. The pain is as rough as tumultuous weather, Releasing what I love, for something that’s better. Integrity, self-respect, this I must honor, To your contention I won’t be a donor. Yes, down this road, I have been before, Only this time, it shocked to the core!
