Eyes of the Beholder
BEAUTY thou only skin deep can bring out the ugly in you Don’t lie about who you are and the foul things that you do. Face beat with make up to cover your insecurity While all along not knowing it’s your attitude that makes you ugly Under the lace front wigs, weave and make up you are still you Wanting to be a grown woman but still living with your mom, what are you still age 2? Butt pads and padded bras misrepresenting someone that you’re not Lying and misleading men making them think you got things that you ain’t really got Who wants a relationship built on lies that just makes no sense? For when that relationship goes bad it’s your partner you will resent. How you get them is how you lose them didn’t your momma tell you so For this is one of first thing that I learned a long time ago Grow Up be a real women, hold your head high and arch your shoulders Cause beauty my friend is only in the eyes of the beholder.
