My Beloved Has Come
My Beloved Has Come T’was a day we might say like any other we were pouring over the long to do list for the day, when suddenly and without warning we heard the blast of an unseen trumpet and the gravity pull on these mortal bodies easily gave way. We, traveling upwards faster than light and then finally and breathlessly we came to a halt, the experience we just had and now suspended in the clouds His holiness so great we dared not to talk! Oh, yes, we had spent years waiting and praying just like an expectant mother awaiting the birth of her child, struggling through trials and tribulations growth and heartache yet all of that pain and discomfort gone in a moment of time. Our eyes met thousands upon thousands of faces that day as we were hid among the fluffy white clouds; some eagerly glanced over the multitude wanting to know, “Hey, what is this all about”? For you see, these new baby Christians had just made it by the skin of their teeth, not knowing much about Jesus and His Word but only the recent impact on their lives He had made. This mighty harvest of souls not long ago by the army of God had been won, and the mercy of Father God for His children brought them home for the wedding day of His beloved Son! Now, I to looking upon my Savior and His loving, and compassionate eyes yes I surely see, joining with the angels singing Heavenly songs to glorify Jesus my King for saving a lowly child like me.
