Can You Hear Me Now
In al of the things I have said by using the words that were written And all of the places that I tread thus walking among the smitten Everywhere that I have went many such roads rarely ever taken But what was truly meant is the desperate need not to be forsaken All of those phrases I repeated and the continual beat of His drum Such a Joy that can't be depleted but never experienced by some Contained within every Bible line or each word that Our Lord said Would cause oneself to opine in the thought that their soul is dead As with every thought that was given and every reason to rejoice People just go on living never realizing they have made a choice All the cries from this page and all those tears falling from above As your lead part in a cage has been keeping you from God's Love I don't know what else to say yet that truly never was the case And it's much better to just pray in the leaving it to God's Grace But the words they will continue in the knowing that they are me I just wish that it was you who would finally come around and see
