Something Lost
Went from drunk in love, to drunk and separated. Only time I can't feel the pain is when I feel sedated. Only time we connect is to say happy belated. Time travels way too fast, so I tend to stay faded. Just a method to slow down the time before our times are outdated. Happiness within sobriety is a lie to me. Constantly fighting myself to try to see the higher me. But in the end who wins. Lose some, win none. My wins are constituted as losses, and my losses echo much louder than me winning. Was cursed to a life of sinning since the beginning. Only apologetic to the ones that brought disgrace upon my loved ones face. Forgive me for my future sins and for the ones I commit without repentance. I'm a fool, so I wisely acknowledge the intelligence in my ignorance.
