Troubled Thoughts
Captive of a troubled mind My thoughts are haunted by my pasted time Full of the Holy Spirit makes me perceptive never to be blind To be a fool for this world is not an option Now days just about everyone has a nasty disposition So now I walk with extreme caution Living in the information age Where everything is stored, seen, and heard on a disc; forget paper or the turn of a page Church and state still can’t cooperate So many of us are consumed by hate Some many people playing politics and church That is not going to get you no where for all it’s worth To clear your thoughts and mind Daily open your bible to read and meditate to never be blind You will be amazed what you will find So with this evil and corrupt world don’t get caught Then you to will have troubled thoughts Luke 24:37-39 They were startled and frightened, thinking they saw a ghost. He said to them, "Why are you troubled, and why do doubts rise in your minds? Look at my hands and my feet. It is I myself! Touch me and see; a ghost does not have flesh and bones, as you see I have."
