I Lost My Muse
I have lost my muse, where did it go? To Arms!, To Arms! we most find his soul before his spirit looses control! I lost my muse, where did it go? To Arms! To Arms! we most find his heart before his mind falls apart! I lost my muse, where did it go? To Arms! To Arms! close the front gate call out the guards and lay out the bait! I lost my muse, where did it go? To Arms! To Arms! check here and there, from the darkness of hell to the heavenly gate we most find his muse before it's too late! I lost my muse, where did it go? To Arms! To Arms! this can not be I think I see her swinging from a paper tree! I lost my muse, where did she go? To sleep my lord from all the pain lay upon her from your feathered pen the paper she fears to be once again. I lost my muse, where did she go? I found her my lord! she was always here, in between the truth and the fear, So calm yourself and pen me a tear, your muse, your muse was always here.
