I've never envied anyone for the things they had, I've only ever tried to help,and never wished them bad. Now I ask these questions, as my life is nearly done. How come in all the battles I fought, I never ever won? I've always gone the extra mile for folk I've met and yet, When ever I have needed help, it was impossible to get. I've seen many folk around me, they stumble, and nearly fall, I was ever there to catch them, I'd heard their plaintiff call. Lord, will it be my time, when all my prayers are said and done?
