And that place I would call home It’s a peaceful house, Overflowing with love. But we all know it doesn’t exist. I kiss your toes And worship the ground you walk on. I sing the sweetest melodies. Yet you strip me of my beauty And you threw trash at me. You made me feel like I didn’t belong. I was not appreciated. Little do you know That you are dying right beside me Along with millions of friends. Apologies are meaningless And it’s too late for complete change. You are still simply human There’s only so much you can do. Stop the ignorance Because karma shows no mercy. And absolutely nothing goes unpunished. Action is the strongest form of reformation, So ponder over your habits And think, “Would the world be happy with this?” Enlightenment and positive attitude Make all the difference One step at a time.
