We Haven'T Had
We haven’t had a true visionary in awhile No one to see things in a different light, perhaps a better one We are all born different, but taught to be the same Our lives are controlled, just like the thoughts in our brains We haven’t had a brave Revolutionary in awhile no one to say yes when everyone says no People are too scared of what the world will see they keep their thoughts locked up, and swallow the key We haven’t had a born leader in awhile no one to guide humanity, because somewhere we went wrong People talk about changing the world every day but no ones man enough to step up and lead the way We haven’t had a real you in awhile you wear the mask so no one asks you what you really believe but even if they did you’d lie so that nobody could see you live inside of a shell so that nobody can tell what the mind behind the mask really perceives but the reality is you’re trapped in your own living hell
