Poisoned Me
Floating about without reason the intel insufficient weary of feeling helpless and weak trust and knowledge extended to you only weakens me farther. Tainted lies surround me shadows gather seemingly to destroy me. Brittle... Fragmented... Have I lost my soul? Mistakenly I sought my answers in you. Imprisoned by another fleeting ideal am I only to be an object forever more? Bleeding, abandoned, discarded, a desolate future beckoning to me. Barely emerging from my tattered shell, only to encounter once more twisted souls. Spiralling inwards once again. Elusive truths pass me by, so tell me another lie and maybe I'll believe. Phantoms appear of what could be shadowed by broken trust, doubt, hesitation. the poison seeped too far within me as the darkness comes to collect all that I am leaving me only to question; "My God why have you forsaken me?"
