Never Said Goodbye
never said goodbye It’s been seventeen years since you went away And I didn’t have the chance for goodbyes or to say That even though we’ll be so far apart I always have and always will love you with all my heart. There will never be a mom like you Who had all the answers and knew what to do Every time I was sad or blue I knew I could count on you. There were times that you made me sad And times that you made me mad. But no matter what I would do or say You would always make sure I was okay. Now when I think of you sometimes I am happy and sad And other times I get really mad. Because of my stubbornness and stupid pride I was not there before you died. I live with this day after day and I wish I could have had the chance to say. That even though we are so far apart I have and always will love you with all my heart I LOVE YOU MOM… Written by Nancy stoy
