5 Years
Does it feel like a blink of an eye or does it feel like eternity? I don't know about you, but it's been 5 years for me, and your face is but a vague memory and a dream. I wish you were here, I wish we could talk, The image of you is still there, and still it pains my heart to wake up and know your gone. Would you be proud of me for how far I've come? In fact, have you ever been? You have never told me, but only compared me to everyone... to animals, other kids, siblings, friends, all of them. So how do i know if you'd be proud of me now, in spite of what others say, Would you be proud or just find something to judge, or just complain? I miss you don't get me wrong, I just wish you were here, for one day, so we could talk. I love you more than you ever believed, but ALWAYS unconditionally. Does it feel like a blink of an eye or does it feel like eternity? I don't know about you, but it's been 5 years for me, and your face is but a vague memory and a dream.
