Tears on the wind, like wintertime, Did beat upon my door-- But cleansed the grief and brought relief Till my troubles were no more. For years I cried; sometimes inside With depression as a friend-- No dignity; no sense of pride, Till my crying reached an end. Then finally the weather changed As the wind swept swiftly by-- And so my life was rearranged, And since I rarely cry. For the wind blew as the springtime, A most welcome sight to see-- My poems found again their rhyme Just as I serenity.
