Dare To Dream
Uncharted imaginations, Inner hope, Inner quest, priceless dreams, Are not yet set for endless travels, or so it does to me, seem. Castaways, hidden yearnings of secret passions, surrender not to slowly unravel. Yet, even still, I dare to dream ---- Visions of flight, Heart-strings of might, Comes by tail of gleaming stars, in the darkest of all, nights. Yet, even still, I dare to dream. Marks of excellence concealed, not one can possibly see, The yearning, the craving, the passion That has swelled up deep within me ---- Yet, even still, I dare to dream. Yes in that place, that special place, That through my dreams I have traveled and lived, My creativity comes alive, my imaginations go wild, Showing me no limits of what I can give --- Yet, even still, I dare to dream. No bars hold, no weather or hearts that run cold, No prison walls to feel, oh yes, if it could only in this world could possibly be real. Even still, I dare to dream --- As long as I draw breath, As long as my body does not with open arms greet death, I shall always until time runs dry, I shall always until the sun stops resting in the sky, I shall always, I shall always, dare to dream.
