Haunted House
We live in a house that was formerly haunted. Getting rid of the ghost was all that we wanted. We constantly heard the cries of a girl and at night the walls bled. Not even an Exorcist could help us, the ghost filled us with dread. The furniture started floating around all over the house. It scared the hell out of me and it also scared my spouse. We soon learned that it was a ten year old girl's ghost who had died. She was murdered and until the killer was caught, she couldn't cross over to the other side. We found proof that the landlord was the killer and we called the police. He was convicted of first degree murder and the hauntings ceased. We worked very hard to bring the murderer to justice, the ghost's request couldn't be denied. Now my wife and I and that girl are at peace because she crossed over to the other side. (This is a fictional poem)
