Trapped
The tears roll down my face I am trapped in this dark place No one cares about me I walk this world and the things I see I have looked for an exit, but none are around I have listened for even the smallest sound There is nothing, everything is no more I live with my shadows, in a place with a locked door I have looked and searched for the key But in my own darkness I can not see And now I can hear your call As I hear your footsteps from the brick wall I have seen you out my cell before But you just pass by my prison door I have seen into your tear filled eyes I can see pass your pain, fears, and lies You have hear my screams and you don't care I know you could help this life I can't bare But maybe it is all for the best Maybe I'm not meant to love and this is part of a test Or maybe I was meant just for other to hate And this is my destiny, my fate This is the thing that I most fear Knowing it, but never wanting to hear
