I'M Not Brave, I'M Just Me
I'm not brave. Sometimes fear is greater than me. But I've learned a few things about fear too. Not all bad either . First and most importantly , fear is a survival instinct. Necessary to respond to threats and dangers. Positively , fear is a precursor to possibility. Every great dream is usually a little scarey. But chasing those dreams also brings about the actualization of those dreams. Unlimited possibilities follow fears. Fear builds confidence. When you do something that scares you, you become stronger. Self confidence is the result of successfully surviving a risk. Doing something that scares you makes you stronger. Each step out of your comfort zone and into fear grows that muscle . And as that muscle gets stronger, so does your spirit. One step at a time, stronger with each step. I'm not brave. I'm just me.
