Janet
Janet I Was a Nurse in Vietnam, Not Something I’d Recommend. I Was Present So Many Times, When a Soldier Met His End. I Don’t Do Nursing Anymore, And I Haven’t since Vietnam. I Saw and Felt Too Much.... I Am Just Not Very Strong. I Know There Were Quite a Few, That Were Helped Because I Was There. For this I Thank God Every Day, I Hope They Know I Care. I Would Sit and Read the Letters, They Received from Home. For Those That Got No Letter... I Would Talk So They Didn’t Feel Alone. That Fatal Day We Were Attacked, I Just Kept Helping Those Men. My Mind Kicked into Overdrive... I Failed to Notice My Own End. But I Remember it Was a Glorious Day, When I Saw That Wall of Granite. There Was My Name Carved in Stone. My Last name Hill and My First Name....Janet Connie Moore August 5, 2000 Strang, Ok. 74367
