We quickly passed a dancing fountain shielded by intentions soon forgotten. Yesterday’s rain – thrillingly fast or was it comfortably, peacefully slow? Is a fast rain just something louder and wetter than any other rain? Is a slow rain really only a natural occurrence different from a downpour? On no! The magnificence of fast and slow rain warrants deep contemplation, allowing our spirits to joyously grasp and celebrate what each is truly like! Were there interesting clouds above our yesterday’s noble journeys? So many things we just had to remember, so much we just had to do! Those clouds, whether awesome or mundane, are forever gone from us. But, God willing, tomorrow’s splendid sky gallery will again float its unique art. We dare not grieve over yesterdays, instead awaken to tomorrow’s newest sun. God has been willing and has granted us time and yet another chance.
