Just Like His
Just Like His I'll grow up some day and before you know it Will write pleasant poems like a new poet Then edit and soon always start to fret; Improved poet will I ever become and get? Each two lines can become a couplet About being wet and some suns that set; Next two lines together will rhyme Created for you to enjoy anytime. Poems about God prefer the most, Together with His son and Holy Ghost Waiting for me to recognize all three; Much better person will become and be. Each day I do have a lot of hope That God will be inside each envelope; When I pull out His poem and start to read, In my mind, each poem does plant a seed. Will pray to God and then wait And I soon can be able to create A letter perfect poem just His is; So full of great joy and pure bliss. jthorn5656@atmc.net
