Man Never Lives Again
MAN NEVER LIVES AGAIN Once said the wise king, all life is a cycle, Things coming again, just as they were before, But as for living man, once he is gone, To the world beyond, he never lives again. His cycle is complete, for he lives once, The sun rises in the east, and sets in the west, And when it’s gone, we know the day is gone, When tomorrow is here, it rises again, From the east to the west, just like yesterday, But as for man, once he is gone, He never comes again, he never lives again. Unlike the wind, man comes once, It blows today, from the East to the West, And tomorrow may be, just like today, Unlike the wind, man lives once, Unlike the wind, man never lives again, To repeat his life, once he is gone, When it is new moon, we know, It shall be a half, a quarter , a crescent then gone, And then we shall wait, another cycle again, But as for man, he lives just once, And once he is gone, to the world beyond, He never lives again, to repeat his life.
