Every time when poetry I went to write Could not hold my whole hand real tight. Deformed thumb by God it had been made; My writing received needs improvement grade And God to me many times He had said, You will have trouble buttering your bread. That thimble of Mine will get in your way So if you should say your prayers each day I will hold your thumb so it won't tremble And then take off your troubling thimble.
