Classic Case of a Naive Face
Your the one, I know, who will laugh at her, and she'll fall You'll look at the caller ID and hit silent when she has only you to call And when she's upset and she hurts you'll just brush away her pain Stare at her like she's lost her mind, when she starts speaking in vain Because she's got no one and you know it, and you make her feel so weak Your there for her, for nothing, just to turn the other cheek Only to come around when she least expects it At that moment your all shes got, No, you won't let her forget it! "I'm all you have!" you say to her, That's all You ever say to her! But she's so naive, that she can't see so it's all a heavy blur and she's so vulnerable, that's how you get your kick Everyone knows it and it makes them feel so sick And they try to tell her, but she doesn't listen She just adds to the inconvenience that she's been given So she goes on, she loses it, and falls even harder Because she has nothing to admit to when she throws herself farther And she's unaware that she has anything to admit Lost in herself like the perfect addict She has no idea who she is or what's even going on She's comfortable here, with no clue anything is wrong Until it hits her like a block of ice You aren't worth her sacrifice And You've realized she's come to her senses, so you hold her down to suffocate And she'll admit to everything, though, it's far too late
