Gone a Road
Out of the bosom of eternal bliss In which I reigned with glorious sire Out of my comfort zone With dreams to fall a sleep to No widow to be remorseful to during cold nights A laid bed of roses to lie down at sundown Surrounded by down to earth people Valleys and slopes to plough when the rains a back I have gone a road Off to where the wind blows whirly Where; human reign is a tale, And wild horses run you down in broad day light With no slopes to climb, neither valleys to roll down to Where dew never leaves the green grass on the plains Behold, I have gone a road Embarked on a journey my fore fathers longed to take To where; not bounded, not corrupt grace of heavens descends upon the earth And I shall reside where trees grow tall beneath the illuminated sky Where the gods of the land shall convulse my spirit with joy Not so long then shall I get a profound bride! Sprucely beautiful, with incorruptible moral fiber and a spotless bright skin With whom we shall tie the nut Too soon after, we shall hit the high road back home Coz; I would have missed your love and care too much already Though my bride’s kinsmen shall miss their daughter When I shall be gone a road to my home and family Back to you who really give an eye teeth for my well being By; Oswell
