I kept praying you would see how much I loved, wanted, and needed you! There was nothing I wouldn’t do for you or with you. If you had wanted me our circumstances would have been so different. Lovers and best friends I have no doubt. My cravings for you would have been understood and reciprocated. Fantasies shared and secrets told between best friends sharing laughter is how it would have been if you had wanted me! You, my soul mate lost to me. I wonder as I dream about you, why things turned out the way they did. My heart belongs to you; however, is now guarded knowing you never wanted me but settled for some reason unknown to me. I know not why you choose to be with me when you did not want me. I thought we had it all. Broken and torn apart afraid to trust or love I have settled too, as you my love are the only one for me!
