When
What brings us to today? What lies in tomorrow? When shall the world live Without pain or sorrow? Where's the Truth? Where's the Love? Where's the desire To know the Lord above? Today the world Is constantly at war, Yet too soon do we forget What it is we're fighting for. Will we ever comrpomise And learn how to share? Where is our compassion? When will we learn to care? What about giving? What about respect? It seems that too often We don't care who we affect. So let us watch what we say And listen to what is said Don't you want to be remembered Even after you are dead? Let's be thankful for all we have And learn how to give back For something of no use to us Could be what someone else may lack Let our attitudes be inspiring Stick it out through thick and thin For all of us are winners Even though we don't all win
