2 Movies
And as the 2 of them Stood world's apart fencing out 1 another Neither noticed it had begun to rain Because both had so much invested In what the outcome of the challenge would be And as he paused to take breath Ponder his response He noticed a solitary tear drop Well up in the corner of her eye Which can only be described As like a pristine washing up bubble With the colors of a rainbow imploding inside And as the obvious answer Passed his mind bye He became acutely aware Of the fact his clothes were now wet And day had turned to night And as she was about to walk away from him for good And there was nothing he could say Nor nothing he could do Because he had already done it much! He, For the first time since they got together Was now staring down into the power shift With the shoe firmly planted on the other foot And in that singular moment his world stopped as he finally realized She had already gone!
