Sunset In London
Big Ben The gorgeous wonders of the evening As auburn fills the sky Sitting back as we take it in Glaring at this dark figure Several stories up Listening to the sounds of the night As the clock strikes six Smaller vehicles driving on the opposite side Couples strolling, fingers intertwined Gazing around at the scenery Breathing in the cool breeze Many different types of architecture Very detailed and amazing Comparing this land to home Nothing similar, truly beautiful Relaxing on a wooden bench In the green area to the side of the road Staring up at the breathtaking colors Wishing we didn't have to leave in the morning As we begin to walk back to the hotel Still daydreaming, fully relaxed As the clock strikes seven We will always remember the sunset in London
