A Stars Love Wish
Tonights the night.  The moon glows bright.  Stars shimmer in the velvet blue above. A sign of true love.  As waters run deep and birds fly high.  I wish on the brightest star in the sky. For the right man to love and be at my side.  Who would never dream to push me aside.  Who's heart screams with passion. Who gives his compassion.  I ask not for a ring but would do anything to hear him sing.  Someone who sees me for me.  Who'll carve our initials in a tree.  A man who will say the truth.  Perhaps a man I meet in my youth.  A man that can love my children as his own.  A man who wouldn't abuse his place on the thrown.  A man who can love me until the end. A man who is always my dearest friend.  This is my wish.  I wish on that star.  No matter the distance.  No matter how far.  I hope that it hears me and grants me my par.
