The Day I Watch My Best Friend Die
The day I watched my best friend die Right before my very own eyes. He was so angry with me That's not the way things are suppose to be. I wish I could of told him, how I was feeling deep inside. But I found myself walking away, then I closed my eyes and cried. I was crushed, was there something, I could of done or said? My heart full of doubt, whispers, it's to late he's already dead. It only took a moment to realize, he was no longer alive And now never again will he be there by my side. There's no actions that can be taken, no words that can be spoken He is gone forever, my soul was lost, and my heart was broken. Something special that I valued and loved was taken from me that November night. I'll search until I find the courage and strength to be all right.
