How Would We Know the Difference
The advancement of technology Is happening faster than we can mature We bow in zombie reverence Mythologies we shall always procure If we can't understand it Then we categorize it divine And we submit to a new God Then another religion made of lies Now pace makers for the heart And similar procedures common place But perhaps these new advancements Are leading us to the darkest place So how long before it's trendy To get an intelligence upgrade The newest post-op surgery To put an implant in our brain? We are so afraid of honesty We look for anything to believe Any excuse to distract us A God, a flag, a creed Perhaps this new procedure Is not a far-off thing Perhaps we are already cocooned As far as the eye can see google: Pentagon + computer brain implants
