The Faceless Faithless
A great nature to begin an inward existance that has no end cannot escape the external madness stay in a bubble no matter what happens watch the future pass me by in my slumber through the tone deaf night Suddenly rocked by explosions the end times erupting, the naive still hoping but the rope is cut too short to hang myself is too much work i just quietly join the crowd and watch in awe as the lights go out We're all screaming at the darkness holding hands of misunderstanding young ones muffled cries of dying babies dogs bark crazy as if running rapid with rabies the time stands still in my private hell I just sit there knowing I have failed Losing the battle foretold in the tale called revelations, brought forth by hesitation of the weary tired of fighting put faith of life, in one almighty instead of looking within their own like me they know now, God has gone home.
