Rofl Or Lmao Or Lol
ROFL or LMAO or LOL By Elton Camp How incomprehensible these, several years ago But communication, it is a-changing though When talking in person or even on the phone Our intent is by phony laughter easily shown But when we’re writing in an IM or an e-mail Printed words alone don’t always tell the tale ROFL usually means it’s funny as it can be While LMAO would be so disgusting to see ROFL might actually be a pleasant sight A buttock separating wouldn’t bring delight So LOL seems the far safer choice to me It is equivalent in speech to saying “Hee, hee.” WTF or OMG, please don’t write these to me For they are just as offensive as they can be These may cause English teachers to have a fit But their fussing won’t make any of us quit
