Rock Solid
Rock solid your rock solid... you block all emotion. You've learned that love is something that can tear a person and leave them open. You Won't let anyone get too close. So many holes have been blown into your heart that even the bullet proof protection you put up doesn't work. So here I come along thinking every things fine... at first I didn't notice the wounds, why couldn't I read it in your eyes? I had a little crush on you and my friend help me get you to realize. It was an earth moving experience when we first started this secret. Maybe if I was physic I could have seen the future and knew that it wouldn't last. Maybe if I Knew that I would be on my knees... If I knew that your words or promises wouldn't mean anything If I knew that it would hurt this bad. I could have avoided this collision but I was dumb I couldn't recognize the wall that was in front of me until I bumped my head. It shocked the hell out of me. Out of no where my teeth and heart were being split. This is not how this was supposed to happen . No tears ever fell from my eyes... I guess a little of your rock solidness rubbed off on me. But even now my forehead still hurts. Even now I wish I could know the secrets that hide behind that wall. Your rock solid. When I look at your face I see no emotion, no expression. No truth behind your eyes. All I see is blankness. Like you've never met me before. Like you never cared at all. Don't you realize how much that hurts? But your rock solid and I should have known that you were void of feeling... But that's why we couldn't work cause i'm not.
