Fantasies,Sweet Fantasies...
Unrealized fantasies, don't scatter my imagination amid the swirls of a hurricane... like the soft petals of daises! I dream...because it makes life more thrilling and interesting, and I can distinguish a dream from reality; nothing has ever been achieved without dreaming! Fantasies, sweet fantasies... what kind of beautiful dreams you'll bring to this heart in need: desidering unattainable things so steeped in realism, not fearing reproach or criticism? Unrealized fantasies of a soul invaded by illumination, bearing an image of revelation; to resemble something out of the extraordinary... thoughts emamored by the mysteries that would shatter like crystals: If I unlocked the proper word, and took them out of their depths... to sparkle them with simplicity! Fantasies, sweet fantasies... don't diminish the struggle, but leave it for the defining moment... when fear won't pinch in revenge and my ideals triumph in the open: without the threat that made them cringe; fantasies, sweet fantasies... have I deserted you for an instant?
