Things Left Unsaid
You never thought it'd happen, You tell eachother everything. But what you never knew, Is what is killing you inside. If only you knew what was happening there, Instead they keep it from you. They do everything in there power to make you smile. To see you happy. If only you could see the other side, The one that they keep hidden. The one that they wont let anyone see. You go on about how your life sucks, When in reality, its nothing. Nothing compared to theres. And yet you cant do anything about it. You feel hopeless. Scared, and like a coward. This changes your entire mind set. Now you wish you never told them about your life, And wish you knew more about theres. So now your doing everything to see them smile. To make them happy. No matter how bad you wanna cry, You know you cant. You have to be the one whose strong now. You have to be the one there for them. I wish it could work both ways, But you know it cant. Hiding behind these fake smiles, It just tares you down even worse. Then it starts to make you ask questions, About things youve never imagianed. You wanna tell somebody, But your afraid. So then you ask yourself if you should continue, But in the end can you follow threw?
