The Old Train Depot
Many years ago, use to wait for a train, at the old train depot, so dark and dreary, such hard curved seats, they were. The lights in there were so dim, it was hard to read my comic bookis. Brother and sister, mom and I would go visit family in the big city, every so often, it was such an adventure each time, I waited and looked for the train to arrive, until finally i would, hear the train whistle and we would get on the train and leave our small little town for the weekend. as the train pulled slowing out of town, I would watch as everything got smaller, then i could not see anything out the windows, so i picked up my comic book and began to read it, and i went into another world, as the train went faster and faster. that old train depot is no longer there, but my memoires of it, is still there. wrote 4-5-11
