Morning Poem
i look out my window i look upon the trees, i see the sunlight beating down on the green leaves, i hear the birds singing, i see the sky so blue, everything filled of beauty it reminds me of you, the sky is clear and crystal and not a dark cloud in sight, guess when i was sleeping it was a beautiful night, i wonder if i am dreaming that the sun is really out as this is Scotland the place that never gets a drout, i sit upon my bed and have a good old stretch, then am move my little hand and scratch my little head, i gently rub my eyes to see if its still true, the sun is still beating down so think a will grab my shoes, going for a walk in the morning will surely open my eyes to walk in the sunshine this is a nice morning surprise, there is a little wind blowing, gently through my hair if i had any cobwebs they will surely disappear, i go for the morning paper to see what new things begun, will look at the horses to see if i have won, guess its time to go home and have my breakfast to, better gets some food in me, to start this morning good,,,,
