Hidden Colours
Human life beholds many tales, most are of historic mistakes and of wrong-doing. Still change thrives regardless of our repetitive and inane habits. The life that grows to dominate our Mother Earth becomes selfish and greedy but yet She is forgiving, still providing a home. Sadly, the colour of corruption glows red like the blood-stained ground that we endlessly create. History repeats itself only to become text on another page of something we consider “just the way of life”; it never seems to enter our minds and hearts. Mistakes are birthed like a new born child – innocent and pure. But lessons are never fully learnt. they become dust within our souls creating hidden colours that we foolishly try to hide under a false image of purity. Human life ought to be seen as precious but due to these hidden colours we are destined to become history ourselves.
