Just Be
JUST BE I have been through courts, I have been through divorce, I have come up short, I have seen real support. I have lost many friends, some of them to death, But others were lost , to a lack of respect. I have spent a lot of time alone, no one by my side, The ones I have loved the most, are those that have died. I have lost many lovers, I miss how they have held my hand, They judged me as a man, not for who I am. I am plagued by mental illness, some call me crazy, Others just look at me and say I am fat and lazy. I have been pushed around ever since I was a baby, I used to cry alot, but lately I have been angry. I am merely a man, I know I am nothing special, But we are all special , our soul and our vessel. Never forget that you will set yourself free, And you will be able to be whatever you want to be.
