Fire On the Inside
I can’t think of anything else, I’m not sure if there’s anything left to do. I can see the way they’re looking at me, For some reason their eyes are shaded from the truth. Looks a lot of times are deceiving, I’m not the beggar nor am I the thief. They don’t care to look at the heart on the inside that could be weeping, Feelings easily tossed upon the street. Everybody has a fire on the inside. Everyone has feelings and dreams. I don’t know anyone who likes to be torn apart. Nobody travels through life unseen. Well everybody has a fire on the inside. That goes for you as well as it goes for me. Why don’t you take a little chance with conversation? I can tell you my words won’t hurt. I have no problem listening to your observations, Maybe you will be interested in some of my words. You know life can be so cynical, Though were all spokes beside one another on a spinning wheel. In the end were all connected to one another in the middle, No matter how in life we think or feel.
