Saddened Hypocracy
Every time I close my eyes Its you I see And you smile so radiantly That I'm lost and unfound I cant begin to explain how profound Your effect is on my body. You leave me numb Yet tingling from nerves I don't know what serves Your goal or where your going But I'm tired of showing And I don't know whats left to do And I'm standing between bodies and roads Stuck in this endless show Of whats waiting, what was, and what will be Still its you The end of me Sleeping is such a task A chore that I abhor I don't want to shut off the lights Cause even with out you in sight Next to me I see clearly You are right there beside me Still between bodies and roads Stuck in this endless show Of whats waiting, what was, and what will be Still its you The end of me But what other choice could make me as happy
