To You
This tale begins with what I believe, The start of us- with Adam and Eve, I start here with Adam and Eve, To show what I truly believe, Every one hand crafted by You, The marks You made so pure- so true, Sent down to keep our thoughts true, Angels are here- sent by You, Back to innocence we go, How to get there- I don't know, Adam and Eve- you know, Gave innocence a go, I know this is the key, To help me be free. Praying for change- a habit of mine, A hope for my true colors to shine, With this new hope that I may shine, I found someone who is just mine, With him, I feel like Eve- So young, Soon enough, these new feelings sprung, After these new feelings sprung, I felt naïve, even young, I soon learned a new secret, It confused me- I admit, I loved it I admit, This new deadly secret, Thank You for everything, What will this all bring?
