We Meet Again.. Kind Of
It was morning and it was a bit chilly Loud and "trassy" here in New York City We were in the third week of school And I stood behind you like a fool Not knowing at all, just waiting for class Just smoking my cig while time ticked and passed I noticed a boy staring at the reflection of the window And I thought of it as nothing; I threw my cig down so My legs would take me closer to what I hated most Your silhouette's the same, still foggy like a ghost So when I stood by that window, I noticed you Turned to look me straight in the eye (or at least try to) You made it so obvious you were spying Why bother to even look twice; since we were together you'd never glimpse at me crying? And when I took leave I did what you had Took another look at you in the window made us both sad I felt it, I knew it, I saw it all over again Why did I ever have to love you back then?
