I'Ll Stand By You
Why do you look so sad? Tears are in your eyes You can lean on my shoulder Don’t be ashamed to cry I will be there for you I’ll see you through Because I’ve been where you are I’ve seen the dark side too When pressure rings down on you You don’t know what to do Nothing you can say to me Will make me lose faith in you I won’t let anybody hurt you Not as long as I’m here I will always protect you Like I’m your own little bear So if you’re angry get angry Don’t hold it inside Come on now You can not hide I’ll do what you do I’ll get angry too And that’s why I can help you I’m just like you I will follow you into the darkest night Make sure you still stand I’ll walk right by your side And hold on to your hand As you look straight ahead And see your future You will see me there too As my heart becomes yours When you’re stuck between two paths Don’t know which to choose Let me come along, because even if your wrong I’ll stand by you
