Poisons of Life
All these poisons are controlling me And no they just will not let go There slowly but surely destroying my life And leaving my life in woe So I say damn these poisons My hand, please let go Because I am not a person A person to live in woe But how does one quit Everything he's ever done If everything in his life Revolves around poisons of one I can begin to feel the poison Almost flowing through my veins These poisons are slowing my life It's time I made a change But the Constant temptation Is very real and always there So I shall give in to this poison And act like it isn't there And on this sad day Of loneliness and despair Please do not judge me It's not like I didnt care These poisons in my life Are too strong for thine heart Maybe one day when I'm ready I will try for a new start
