Enter Poem or Quote (Required)Required T'was the day before easter & all trough the woods... the bunnies were busy packing thier goods. the eggs were all coloured so pretty & bright all things were 'GO'for the big special night. The basket's were waiting all decorated with care in hopes that thev bunnies soon would be there My little brother THOEPHILUS was asleep in his bed while vision of easter rolled round his head And in my pynjamas & with the puppy on my lap i had just settled down for a quick little nap When outside the window i heard a great niose i sprang from my chair & jumped over some toys As quick as a flash to the window i flew i pulled up the shade & 'OH! what a view The moon on the meadow cast a great golden glow & the wind blew the flowers to & fro all of a sudden from out of no where came some lovely bunnies hopping here & there Leading the pack with eyes long & funny was an all plump white-rabbit that's right the EASTER BUNNY! So up on each doorstep the bunnies did hop with basket of eggs{LET'S HOPE THEY DON'T DROP} Just at that moment from the porch down below came the stamping of feet t'was the rabbit i know He was surronded by eggs, which had been carefully dyed Easter eggs galore he soon would hide he's eyes were all twinkles,he's nose so pink And i can't be so sure{but i think he did wink} He uttered no sound as he hopped all about hidding the eggs & leaving no doubt, That the easter bunny had come with, basket's of eggs for children so dear.
