Me
I've traded in this white robe of courage, To sink into the depths of despair. Forever inside my mind I hold your picture, It bleeds into the wall of my soul. Carving my hope into little ribbons, Made for your decadence. Sorrow has forsaken me and traded me in the wind. I've burned into ashes to spread all over your world. Hold me safe inside your eyes, Don't ever let me fall into the ground, For I'll shatter into a million tiny peices. My hope is resting within your being, If you leave I would never be the same again. Crying these bloody tears over you, Yet I would do it all again just for a chance, To hold your light inside my body once again. Remember how your arms feel against my body, Never let that feeling go away. For you never know when I will die from my pain. Chaos will never leave me dieing in the dust, It just creates a vengence.. a hunger for more. Even though it is creating a death in me. I'm happy with one hand in the grave, As long as you are clinging to the other, Refusing to let me wither away. Everything in me has been dwindled away, Without a thought, Without a care.
