Where to go from here
Happily I discard poem after poem "You my friend, are not good enough to be shared!" I mean I was fair - there's a poem about cleaning the fridge in there Totally full of metaphor but... Who gets it? Who wants to get it - rhetorically speaking... (I'm pretty sure there are whole TikToks about cleaning fridges... But I don't want that as my niche) Once into nothing, something becomes intangible Even finding a place to go on Saturday I just suggested a salt museum - pretty sure I'm thinking of a mine... But still (!) Forget the superficial boredom Imagine instead placing your hand on solid salt Bizarrely never eroded but kept Someone a century ago did the same but dirty faced It floated past a dinosaur (I'm not their PR person, give me a break) But salt changes a room Cleanses or makes you sick It's just there, acknowledged as of the Earth I think today I'll go underground
